Do you offer installation for homes?
Yes. Our experienced team provides professional installation for residential homes and commercial projects across the Northern Rivers.
Supply-only options are also available if you prefer to work with your own licensed builder or glazier. Call our team to discuss the best option for your project.
What's the turnaround time?
Most orders are ready within 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your project. Custom-made bi-folds for that new beach house in Lennox might take a little longer, while a simple sliding window can be ready in no time. We'll always give you a clear timeline upfront, so you can plan your project.
Can I see products before ordering?
You can definitely swing by our showroom at 5–9 Hogan Street, Ballina, to see our full product range in person. You'll find samples of our windows, doors, mirrors, glass splashbacks, shower screens and hardware on display. You'll also have the opportunity to see and feel the robustness of our security doors and windows, as well as test out our automatic doors.
A visit to our full showroom is also the perfect opportunity to discuss options with our team, they're always keen to have a chat.
